Return & Refund Policy – WB Threads
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Not marked as final sale or clearance
To request a return, please contact us at weibincompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at weibincompany@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or discounted items
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
